Our Mission
Building a Sustainable Future
We started DevforGov because we kept seeing the same problem: good people in local government, doing their best for their communities, held back by technology that was too expensive, too complicated or too slow to get to market.
So we took a different approach.
Our app recycling model means the work we do for one council doesn't disappear when the project ends, it gets adapted and redeployed across different communities, so the cost of innovation gets shared. What took one team months to build, the next team gets in weeks, even days.
And because not every community has the same budget, select solutions are available free of charge.
Less waste. More accessible. More impact. Better for everyone.

Serious games deliver a clear message: we have choices, & how we act, individually & collectively, shapes what comes next and is a powerful way of learning.

Games give people who are more experiential learners, the chance of being able to play with something, mess with it, to see a connection into the real world.
